Billy Wiseman seems to go to great lengths in his discussions with respect to the actions of the "Child Protection Services" activity of the court system. For some unknown reason he has put up this Biography in which he does not describe himself. He has attempted to use this Biographical space as a forum to carry out his attacks on Suzanne Shell.

He is embroiled in a major battle with Suzanne Shell who sells her own methods of dealing with CPS situations.

Suzanne and Billy seem to disagree violently about certain aspects of the Divorce situation. Suzanne seems to be selling vulnerable women that it is OK to kidnap your children and run away with them to "protect" them from their fathers.

Billy seems to be attempting to use the burgeoning "Father's Rights" movement and subsuming those ideas into a very scary Fundamentalist Christian methodology wherein the Children are forced into a "shared custody" arrangement.

"Father's Rights" was responsible for changing the Divorce laws to permit "shared custody". "Father's Rights" was also partially responsible for the slowing down the practice of Arab fathers taking their children out of the country and back to Moslem countries where the mothers never saw their children again.

During a divorce, with children, terrible things happen. People go through intense emotions and they can easily be misled by someone who does not have that individuals best interest at heart. Billy believes that Suzanne is such a person. Suzanne believes that Billy is.

There is no way to determine who is incorrect from spending a day reading both sides websites. I tried. I came away from that with the feeling that Billy is espousing a dangerous Fundamentalist Christian Based philosophy which the court system will not agree with AND that Suzanne is espousing the most reprehensible techniques of lying about "abuse" and kidnapping the children to get them out of the court's jurisdiction.

Both are wrong.

Since this is supposed to be a Biography, as soon as Billy puts a real Biography here we might understand his position better. And, it would help to mitigate Suzanne's charges that Billy was severely hurt and is not completely responsible for his activities.
