Not all the people have spoken, obviously; For it is "CITIZENSHIP for the MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN" who are already here in the United States which comes first, before a "fence". The difference is, that the fence may be torn down,as clickly or as slowly as it is put up. That has already been shown on the news, but "ALL"... MEN, WOMEN, AND CHILDREN live for the FREEDOM which our soldiers defend, each day of our lives, connected to the word: "CITIZENSHIP". WE defend these citizens, because they are "ALL" God's children, also.

The "children" born in the United States have a right to "citizenship", as our "soldiers children" have that right when they serve abroad the seas, in other countries.
