I was the assistant prosecutor who prosecuted Joseph Kuklinski. The noted psychiatrist, Dr. Joseph Zicarelli, testified for the prosecution to counter Kuklinski's insanity defense. He was a vicious killer who also threw the little girl's dog off the thied floor roof alonf with her.
