Note From Ringo: Yes, she does have connections with Scientology. She was interviewed in their magazine and they only interview their own. So fight both Shell and Scientology: They are both very dangerous.
1. What do you do (talk about your site etc.)

I build websites and try to run a talk radio station. A few websites that i have built are http://judicialjustice.us/ and my site http://wisemanstudios.net and thetruthistold.com, which was created to tell the truth about Suzanne Shell’s defamatory claims against other people and myself.

2. Why have you chosen to give up your valuable time to fight Suzanne

She has a website called profanejustice and one called badadvocates.com. She put my name up on badadvoctes.com saying I stole the domain http://familyrightsradio.us/ from a friend of hers, which was untrue. I purchased the domain name. She then wrote me the following e-mail: ( http://nextfriend.christiancommonlaw-gov.org/thetruthistold.com/email.htm)

“Mr. Wiseman. My use of your name is not copyright infringement. If you think it is, then sue me for copyright infringement. Request denied. You owe me $900,000.00 for the intellectual property you copied from my web site and published on your web site. When do you intend to pay? Or must I sue you?”
3. What was your response to her site getting knocked offline by the DIGG effect? Was this a victory?

A victory? No, but I felt it was poetic justice after all she has done to harm so many people, and accused others of doing what she is guilty of. I knew she would get her website back up, but she made a lot of people very angry with her arrogant tirades against anyone who disliked what I believe to be her attempt to entrap people into copyright infringement. A victory to me would be when badadvocates.com and profane justice are shut down for violations of the rights of others, including a 15-year-old boy, and violations of the ISP providers who are allowing this behavior to continue. I believe what she has done is criminal and my website, thetruthistold.com contains the evidence of what I believe includes cyber-stalking, defamation, outright lies, and false claims of copyright infringement for things published by others.

4. What do you think of Binary Freedom Boston's new campaign against Shell?

It is good to know that other people are starting to see the truth, and are refusing to accept
Shell's self-appointed dominance.

5. Did Shell have any legal ground to stand on in her Archive.org lawsuit?

Yes and no. Yes there are copyright issues and Shell does, in fact, have the right to hold a copyright on her website. However, she got her even copyright notice from someone else (Printusa.com). Shell says I am lying, and my whole website is about the fact that it is she who has stolen the information for her works from others, including her copyright language. She then points her finger at someone else and accuses them of stealing. It was easy to prove she has stolen information (http://www.freewebs.com/billywiseman/proof.htm)

6. Is Suzanne a threat to society? If so, why?

I believe she is a threat to society in several different ways. She claims that she helps families, and has been reprimanded for overstepping the boundaries of UPL laws. Her methods have been declared by judges to be harmful to her “clients”. She professes to be the founder of the family rights movement and, as such, claims she is the only person who can or should oversee any advocacy program that is recognized in a court of law. However, right now she is being sued by William O.Tower for defamation, and many of her filings have been thrown out. If Shell knew how to handle herself in court, I would say she is not a danger; however when she makes errors indicating a lack of understanding of legal terminology and procedural errors, I don’t think she has the knowledge to properly train advocates, much less to appoint herself as guardian over the entire movement. She is harming families and children by posting home addresses and phone numbers of those she considers competition on either or both of her websites, claiming these people deserve to be tormented for their sinful ways. Furthermore, she advocates corporal punishment; assists people who have been convicted of felony child abuse keep their children (and continue to abuse them); and has made claims, in her own writings, to advocating the punishment of her own child with a martinet. She employs patriot law in her dealings with the courts, but decries the use of patriot law by others, as though she believes she is entitled to sole ownership of that, as well as everything else to which she claims ownership. She has a very warped sense of what competition is. She has been known to attack people who defend her, calling them names and verbally abusing them for defending her, and then calling them names and verbally abusing them if that person does not defend her in a separate incident. In other words, she claims dictatorship over anyone who makes any effort to help others understand the system, anyone who is a member of a group she does not endorse, anyone who defends her, anyone who doesn’t defend her, and anyone who refuses to do her bidding. She uses badadvocates.com to publicly humiliate them in an attempt to gain control over their words and actions.

7. Is it acceptable for her to post that minor's information on her website?

It is not acceptable for her to post anyone’s information on her website, especially when she writes inflammatory, defamatory, half-truths and lies about them when she does so. We do have child predators who would love to have that information, and I think it is totally improper for her to have that information posted. In my opinion, this behavior proves Shell’s only interest is in what she wants to accomplish, and that is to discredit everyone who is not affiliated with her and trained by her.

8. What is Shell's connection, if any, with scientology?

I am not aware of her connection, if any, to Scientology.

9. If the campaign against Suzanne continues will people disappear during the night like other critics of Scientology?

Ms. Shell has a lot of friends I would consider dangerous, but I don’t know which ones, if any are involved with Scientology. I know there are many people who are afraid of what she will have done to them. I know she has contacted hospitals and other entities to try to destroy the families of people with whom she disagreed.
10. At what point will Scientology stop defending Suzanne?

Because her viewpoint on corporal punishment is in keeping with their own, I’m not sure they would ever be willing to stop defending her, if they are doing so now.

11. Somebody has 5 minutes. What is the best thing they can do in that five minutes to fight Shell?

Request to see her evidence of the accusations she makes—not her interpretation of the facts, but the documentation to prove it.
12. Somebody has 15 minutes.

Question the validity of the information. She hides behind a press pass she printed off her computer to qualify her for immunity as to the sources of her information. She does this claiming that to do so would endanger herself or others, but the truth is told on my website.
13. Somebody has a day.

Research the information given. Many times you will find that the information is lacking substance. She makes a claim that someone has been arrested 18 times, she produces her documentation, but with a little research one finds the information to be exaggerated, false or her own manipulative interpretation. It is difficult, at best, to discern whether or not she is capable of recognizing the truth.
14. What is the most important thing to keep in mind when fighting Shell?

Never let your anger get the best of you. She uses abusive tactics to elicit angry reactions, which she then uses that to “prove” that she was telling the truth about their character. She has stooped to some pretty lowlife measures to elicit anger, mostly by the use of her badadvocates.com website. I think J.T. Stepanek said it best:

“Remember to play after every storm. You go through many hard things in life, but if you are confident, you'll get through it. You always have to remember to celebrate, because that's what charges you up to get through another life storm.”

15. What is the best course of action for fighting shell? Lawsuits?
Lawsuits would appear to be the best course of action. However, you can be sure that she will submit pleadings and paperwork to attempt to draw out a lawsuit so that it becomes too expense to keep fighting with her. I believe this is why Internet Archives chose to settle with her. They were forced to respond to ridiculous motions that were nothing more than an attempt to create a situation where one is forced to consider the cost of litigation v. giving in to her insanity.
16. Anything else you'd like to say?

Every day, I pray Shell will stop attacking others and see how her actions hurt children, families, and the family rights movement--the families involved, and the advocates who try to help them. If you have to lie to achieve your goals, there’s something wrong with your goals.
